Submissions go to reviewers — colleagues who validate the work and provide real commentary. Approved? XP and Coins land in the employee's account immediately, not at the end of the quarter.

Level Up & Spend Rewards

XP builds a personal level that unlocks higher-difficulty quests and greater rewards. Coins can be spent in the Reward Catalogue on perks the employee actually wants — no gift-card roulette.

Quests

Self-contained challenges — write a post-mortem, mentor a junior, ship a feature, lead a workshop. Each quest has a difficulty level (Easy → Expert), a coin reward, and an XP value tied to the employee's current level. Complete one in a day, or take a week. No deadline pressure, just progress.

Goals

Curated sequences of quests that together build a meaningful skill or capability — the closest equivalent to a classic PDP objective, but broken into achievable steps with rewards at every stage. Goals give structure without sacrificing momentum.
